Global Transfer 2.0 has been upgraded with expanded transfer capabilities across multiple countries and regions, supporting more major fiat currencies and improving global fund transfer efficiency.

Global Transfer 2.0 expands crypto-to-fiat transfer capabilities, allowing users to send funds to supported bank accounts or e-wallets across more countries and regions.

  1. How do I start using Global Transfer?

You can get started by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your BitMart account
  2. Complete identity verification if required
  3. Make sure your Cash Account has sufficient balance in supported cryptocurrencies
  4. Enter the recipient’s bank account or e-wallet information
  5. Confirm the transfer details and submit the order

  1. How long does a transfer take?

  • North America: Usually T+1 to T+2, with some channels supporting real-time transfers.
  • Europe: Usually 5 minutes to T+1.
  • Latin America: Usually real-time.
  • South Asia: Usually around 5 minutes.
  • Southeast Asia: Usually real-time to 30 minutes.
  • Middle East: Usually T+1.
  • East Asia: Usually real-time to T+1.
  • Africa: Usually 5–30 minutes, with some cases processed on business days.

The actual arrival time is subject to the processing result of the local bank and payment network.

  1. How can I check the transfer status?

You can check the transfer status on the BitMart platform or in the Global Transfer order history.

  1. What are the transfer fees?

Transfer fees vary depending on the selected crypto asset, destination country, currency, and payment channel. The final fee will be clearly displayed on the transfer confirmation page before you submit the transfer. If you have any questions, please contact our customer support team.

  1. Are there any hidden bank fees?

BitMart does not charge hidden fees. However, the receiving bank, e-wallet provider, or local payment network may charge additional fees depending on the destination country/region and receiving method.

  1. Why is the actual received amount different from the estimated amount?

The final received amount may differ due to real-time exchange rate changes, network fees, service provider fees, or deductions by banks/payment channels. Please refer to the final amount displayed before order confirmation.

  1. Does Off-ramp require KYC?

Yes. Off-ramp transfers usually require identity verification. In some cases, additional compliance review may be required, such as POA review, large transactions, or when risk controls are triggered.

For first-time review, the process may take around 4 hours. If additional documents are required, users may need to provide supporting materials based on the review type.

The final review result and required documents are subject to the compliance team’s assessment.

  1. Why is identity verification required?

Identity verification is mainly required for compliance, anti-money laundering, risk control, and confirming ownership of the payment account.

  1. Can I withdraw to someone else’s bank card or bank account?

Yes. You can transfer funds to someone else’s bank card or bank account. However, the sender must complete advanced KYC verification before using this feature.

  1. Which cryptocurrencies, fiat currencies, and countries/regions are supported?

Global Transfer2.0 currently supports transfers using USDT, USDC, BTC, and ETH.

Currently supported fiat currencies include: EUR, GBP, DKK, INR, BRL, VND, IDR, THB, SGD, PHP, HKD, CAD, AUD, AED, HUF, PLN, TRY, CHF, RON, NOK,NGN, MXN, BDT and ZMW.

Supported assets, fiat currencies, countries/regions, and payout methods may be adjusted from time to time. Please refer to the latest options displayed on the Global Transfer order page.

  1. Why did the order fail?

When a user’s payment fails, please first verify whether they are using assets from their Spot Account, whether the account balance is sufficient, whether the selected cryptocurrency is supported, and whether the bank requires additional information.

  1. Can I cancel a transfer after submitting it?

Once a transfer has been submitted and processing has started, it usually cannot be cancelled. If the order fails or expires, the funds will be refunded according to the refund process.

  1. What is the refund process?

Global Transfer2.0 does not support refunds. If your payment fails, no funds will be deducted from your Spot Account.

  1. The BitMart account has funds, but the transaction cannot actually be initiated. What should I do?

Please make sure your Spot Account has sufficient balance.

  1. What should I do if the payment fails?

You can contact customer service for further assistance.

  1. What should I do if I entered the wrong recipient account?

If the account information is invalid, the transfer may fail and the funds may be refunded. If the transfer has already been successfully sent to a valid account, please contact customer service as soon as possible for further assistance.

Source of Funds: Required when the accumulated transfer amount exceeds 10,000 USD within 30 days. Documents may include bank statements, salary proof, asset sale proof, or crypto deposit/withdrawal records.

Source of Wealth: Required when the accumulated transfer amount exceeds 50,000 USD. Documents may include payslips, tax returns, financial statements, investment records, crypto transaction records, inheritance proof, or gift proof.
