How to Buy Crypto with Credit/Debit Card - Web Version

In this article, we provide a step-by-step guide to buying cryptocurrency with a Credit/Debit Card on Bitmart's official website. Whether you're an experienced trader or a beginner, this guide contains all the essential information you need to begin.
 

1. Visit Bitmart's official website and create a new account or log in to your existing account, hover to [Buy Crypto] and Select [Credit/Debit Card]

 
2. Choose the fiat currency you want to use for payment and the cryptocurrency you want to purchase. Enter the amount you wish to buy, and then click the [Add Card] button if you are the new user.
3. Check or Verify your identity through authentication and email binding.

4. To add your card, provide your card information, including card number, expiration date, CVV, and cardholder name.
*Please note: An amount of 1 EUR is for verification authorization, and the funds will be returned to the original source within 1-3 business days.
5. Complete the 3DS (3-D Secure) identity verification by entering your OTP password, and then click [Submit].
6. You will be redirected to page confirming the card adding was successful
7. On the main page, enter the amount you would like to buy and select the card you have completed adding.
 
8. On the payment page, you only have to enter your CVV. Please confirm the purchase amount and complete the 3DS (3D Secure) Verification, enter the OPT Code and continue.
 
9. Please wait for a few seconds while the payment is being processed. You will then be redirected to the payment completion page.
10. After completing the payment, please be patient as the processing time may vary depending on thee network conditions. It may take a few minutes for your purchase to reflect in your account. Select "Credit/Debit Card" to view your order details.
*Note: The sub-account, institutional account, and internal KYC user types are not eligible to use this function.
