Hello,
I am following up on my case #1419656 with clear evidence from my account.
According to the “Auto Convert Detail”, 362,192 SG_V2 were converted into only 18,295 SG (approximately a 20:1 ratio). I request official confirmation and documentation of this conversion ratio.
However, the main issue is the withdrawal restriction:
My current balance: 18,295 SG
Minimum withdrawal required: 25,000 SG
Withdrawal fee: 15,000 SG
This makes it completely impossible for me to withdraw my funds.
This is not acceptable, as my funds are effectively locked with no way to access them.
I require:
Official explanation of the conversion ratio applied
Immediate adjustment of withdrawal conditions (minimum and fees)
A way to withdraw my full available balance
At the moment, this situation prevents any access to my funds, which is a serious issue.
Please provide a clear and immediate resolution.
