You are responsible for any direct or indirect loss, liability, or damage arising from investing in xStocks, and you acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for such loss, liability, or damage.

Investing in xStocks may result in the loss of your entire investment. You should not invest funds that you cannot afford to lose. You should consult independent financial, legal, and tax advisors and ensure that you have the appropriate risk tolerance, experience, and knowledge before deciding to trade.

After purchasing xStocks, you may be affected by the performance of the underlying stocks. xStocks holders do not have voting rights, dividend rights, or distribution rights, nor do they have legal rights to any remaining assets from the liquidation of the underlying stocks or the underlying company. Investing in xStocks does not grant holders the right to obtain any information from the issuer or sponsor of the underlying stocks or shares.

3. Platform Parameter Risk: Investing in xStocks exposes you to risks arising from changes to platform parameters (which affect xStocks), potentially leading to losses.
4. Operational Risk: Investing in xStocks exposes you to operational risks, such as losses caused by platform failures, including planned or unplanned downtime, matching system failures, database issues, cryptocurrency transmission or storage failures, API failures or malfunctions, hacking attacks, or other faults or failures.
5. Regulatory Risk: Investing in xStocks exposes you to regulatory risks, which may arise if BitMart needs to limit or terminate certain services due to changes in regulations that we consider to be in BitMart’s best commercial interests. This may result in losses.
