💼 Job Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition: Identify and reach out to API VIP users and trading teams, establishing initial contact and building relationships.
• Client Needs Analysis: Understand client needs and effectively pitch relevant BitMart products and services tailored to their requirements.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing contact with API clients, track client feedback, and recommend product improvements to the development team.
• Event Participation: Attend conferences and industry events to engage with API clients and brokers, increasing awareness of our professional user products and services.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure client needs are met and business goals are achieved.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience in banking, investment, crypto, or financial institutions. Experience in business development or client relations within the crypto industry is a significant advantage.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
• Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to be flexible in a variety of situations and adaptable to changing business needs and environments.
• Relationship Management: Excellent relationship maintenance and sales skills, with a proven track record of building and sustaining client relationships.
• Pressure Handling: Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Industry Passion: Passionate about cryptocurrency and blockchain technology. Demonstrated industry experience and knowledge would be advantageous.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to understand market trends and client needs, and to recommend relevant product improvements.
• Travel Willingness: Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and industry events as required.

📑 Preferred Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with API integration and technical aspects of crypto trading platforms.
• Networking Skills: Established network within the finance or crypto industry.
• Multilingual Abilities: Proficiency in multiple languages, especially Mandarin, is a plus.
