Quality Asset Operations Specialist

Work location: Mainland remote

💼 Main responsibilities:

1. Excavation and listing of high-quality assets

• Study market trends, screen and mine high-quality crypto assets (including but not limited to Layer1/Layer2, DeFi, GameFi, NFTs, RWA, Meme, AI racetracks, etc.).
• Maintain good relations with high-quality project parties and promote in-depth cooperation between project parties and exchanges.
• Responsible for the listing process of cryptoassets to ensure the smooth launch of high-quality projects on BitMart.

2. Asset operation and growth

• Independently formulate marketing activity strategies for high-quality assets to increase transaction volume and user engagement rate.
• Responsible for planning project joint marketing activities (including but not limited to AMAs, airdrops, trading competitions, liquidity incentives, etc.) to promote transaction scale and market popularity.
• Combined with Data Analysis, differentiated marketing drives user retention and conversion by including, but not limited to, asset tiering.

3. Market publishing and research

• Continuously track crypto market dynamics, analyze industry trends, identify and promote quality asset publishing through projects
• Monitor the asset operation strategies of competing product exchanges, produce regular research reports and optimize BitMart's asset layout and operation strategies.
• Establish good relationships with industry KOLs, investment institutions, and communities to enhance the competitiveness of BitMart assets.

• For the urgent requirements put forward by the project party, meet the internal response efficiency standard & error rate standard.
• Independently complete all aspects of the high-quality asset project undertaken and meet internal indicators (OKR will be formulated and synchronized by the superior Leader after entry).
• Asset operation and growth metrics (OKR will be developed and synchronized by the superior leader after entry).
• Can independently produce operation plan planning and implement it (OKR will be formulated and synchronized by the superior Leader after entry).
