1. These terms and conditions govern your participation in this Campaign. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to these terms and conditions and additional terms including but not limited to the BitMart User Agreement.  

2. Before participating in the Campaign, you need to click [Join Now] to join the Campaign. 

3. This Campaign is not applicable to sub-accounts, market makers, API users, or institutional accounts.

4. Futures trading volume includes USDⓈ-M Futures, Coin-M Futures, and Copy Trading. The cumulative trading volume will be converted at a ratio of USDT:USD = 1:1.   

5. The futures trading volume does not include the portion generated from trading bonus and trading fee voucher.

6. This Campaign does not support the trading volume of stablecoin trading pairs (such as USDC/USDT).  

7. Campaign Rewards: 

a. USDT rewards will be distributed to your USDⓈ-M Futures account in the form of futures trading bonus.

b. Daily Trading Rank: 1 period per day, a total of 28 periods. The prize pool for each period is 1,500 USDT. Users whose daily trading volume is ≥ 30,000 USDT and rank among the top 50 can participate in sharing the prize pool. Rewards will be settled weekly and are expected to be credited within 7 working days.

c. Weekly Trading Rank: 1 period every 7 days, a total of 4 periods. The upper limit of the prize pool depends on the weekly trading volume of all participants, and the maximum prize pool can reach 40,000 USDT. Users whose weekly trading volume is ≥ 100,000 USDT and rank among the top 100 can participate in sharing the prize pool. Rewards will be settled weekly and are expected to be credited within 7 working days.

d. Monthly Trading Rank: 1 period in total. The upper limit of the prize pool depends on the total trading volume of all participants, and the maximum prize pool can reach 42,000 USDT. Users whose total trading volume is ≥ 200,000 USDT and rank among the top 100 can participate in sharing the prize pool. Rewards will be settled after the activity ends and are expected to be credited within 7 working days.

e. Monthly ROI Rank: 1 period in total. The upper limit of the prize pool depends on the total trading volume of all participants, and the maximum prize pool can reach 36,000 USDT. Users whose total trading volume is ≥ 10,000 USDT, have a positive ROI, and rank among the top 100 can participate in sharing the prize pool. Rewards will be settled after the activity ends and are expected to be credited within 7 working days.

8. ROI Calculation:

a. ROI = (PnL/ [Initial net value + Deposits + Copytrading Transfers In + Promotional Bonus Received + Master Profit Share Amount]) × 100%

b. PnL=Current Net Value (excluding bonus balance) - Initial net value (excluding bonus balance at registration) + Withdrawals - Deposits + Transfers Out to Copytrading - Transfers In from Copytrading - Master Profit Share Amount

c. Initial net value of the ROI leaderboard: The initial net value of the user's account at the time of registration. If the actual net value of the account is less than 20 USDT, it will be calculated based on 20 USDT.

9. Campaign data statistics are based on UTC time zone.  

10. Due to differences in language expression and translation, the English version shall prevail in case of any discrepancies. 

11. Please note that the BitMart Futures service is not available for users located in, established in, or a resident of the following countries: Afghanistan, Balkans, Belarus, Belgium, Burma, Cote D'Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Crimea, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Hong Kong SAR of China, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, Korea (Democratic People’s Republic of), Netherlands, South Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, United States, Zimbabwe, China (Mainland), the so-called Donetsk People's Republic (DNR) or Luhansk People's Republic (LNR).
