How to Use BitMart Futures Calculator?

If you are still unfamiliar with how to use the calculator and so now know how to take profit or stop loss at a reasonable price, you can use BitMart Futures Calculator to calculate initial margin, profit & loss (PnL), liquidation price and profit rate to assist with your calculation.

Click on the “calculator” icon.

“PL Calculator”:

You need to choose the type: long or short. Enter the leverage level in the leverage entry. Enter the amount in the position, open price, and close price. Click calculate to start the calculation. Then, you can calculate the required amount of margin, est. PL and Profit ratio.

Example: you are ready to open a long BTC/USDT perpetual swap. The leverage is 100x. The open price is 8,500 USDT. The position is 100 contracts. The face value of each contract is 0.0001BTC.

After click Start Calculate, you can see the result on the right side. The margin is 0.85USDT, the position value is 85 USDT, the PL is 5 USDT and the Profit rate is 588.23%

Liquidation price calculation:

You need to choose the type: long or short. Enter the leverage, position and open price. Click calculate to start the calculation. Then, you can figure out the liquidation price you want. 

Example: You are ready to open a long BTC/USDT perpetual swap. The leverage is 100x. The open price is 8,500 USDT. The position is 100 contracts.

After click Start Calculate, you can see the result on the right side. The liquidation price is 8,457 USDT.
