Important Update About DAPS Deposit Issues

Dear BitMart Users,

 

Due to the DAPS wallet upgrade, users who initiated deposits from February 1 to February 11 may occur an issue that the deposits cannot be credited (only users who generated TXID during the period are affected, other users are not affected). Please check out the important update below.

We will automatically generate a new TXID for those affected users who generated a TXID during the period. If you find the TXID for deposit during the period is inconsistent with the TXID for withdrawal. Please do not worry, you just need to make sure the amounts are the same.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. For users whose deposits cannot be credited due to the above reason, BitMart committed to guaranteeing the safety of your funds. If you still have any questions or concerns, please email to support@bitmart.com.
