Announcement on the 2nd Round of AEF Burn and Assets Injection

The 2nd round of AEF burn has been completed on December 2, 2019.

Burn Reason:

AEF investors transferred to entrusted shareholding.

Burn Amount:

A total of 2,500,000 AEF has been burned in the 2nd round. The cumulative burned total of AEF is 3,000,000 and the current circulating supply of AEF is 4,751,615.

Burn Details:

Burn Results:

A total of 2,500,000 AEF (1 AEF = 0.19846 YOTTA stocks) has been burned in the 2nd round, which is in correspondence to a total of 496,150 YOTTA stocks. The current circulating supply of AEF is 4,751,615, in correspondence to a total of 943,005 YOTTA stocks.

After the A-round funding, the total number of stocks of YOTTA has increased to 19,723,865. The rest of the 4,751,615 AEF (943,005/19,723,865=4.781%) represents 4.781% of the total shares in YOTTA.

About the Assets Injection

Asset Type:

On November 13, 2019, AEF gained a total of 100,054.9 BHD digital assets injection. The monthly co-mining revenue generated by BHD will be used to repurchase and destroy AEF from the secondary market. The repurchase is not expected to reduce the current number of YOTTA stocks (excluding the equity reduction if YOTTA gains funding in the future) and BHD supplies. The larger the number of repurchased AEF, the higher the value of AEF.

Initially, a total of 100,100 BHD was transferred into the above address. After sending out 45 BHD equally to 9 AEF investors for addresses proof, plus the trading fee deduction, there's a total of 100,054.9 remaining BHD in the above address.

Repurchase Schedule:

The repurchase of AEF will be conducted on a monthly basis with the 1st repurchase expected to be held after December 13, 2019. An official announcement will be published each time after the completion of the repurchase.
