II. Sale Rules

Sale Mode: First Come First Serve

Specific Rules:

1. Only users who complete KYC are qualified to participate in the XHD token sale.
2. Users with a BHD balance greater than/equal to 30 BHD in their BitMart accounts for a consecutive 3 days will have a maximum purchasing amount of 10 USD.
3. Users with a BHD balance greater than/equal to 60 BHD in their BitMart accounts for a consecutive 3 days will have a maximum purchasing amount of 20 USD.
4. BitMart will take a snapshot of users’ BHD balance every day from October 21 to October 23. The 1st snapshot will be taken at 8:00 AM EDT Oct 21. The 2nd and 3rd snapshots will be taken at any random time on Oct 22 and Oct 23. Users will be ineligible to participate in the token sale if they fail to meet the minimum BHD balance for a consecutive 3 days.

1. The price of BHD will be based on the price of BHD/USDT at 12:00 AM October 23, 2019 (EDT).
2. Only users who complete KYC are qualified to participate in the sale.
3.
