BitMart Completes Refunding to KTN Buyers

Dear BitMart Users,

 

Thanks for your understanding and support regarding the KTN issue. On July 18th, we completed refunding to all eligible KTN buyers. In the future, as promised, we will insist on putting all our valued users in first priority. On the one hand, BitMart only cooperates with and list quality projects. On the other hand, BitMart has zero-tolerance for any irresponsible projects and ensures complete supervision for every project we listed. Besides, with a well-developed compensation mechanism, BitMart is able to compensate users and help minimize loos if any bad situations occur.

Please Note:

  1. Only users who purchased KTN at BitMart during the KTN Token Sale Event are eligible to receive the refund.
  2. In case of any discrepancy between the declared purchase quantity and BitMart's purchasing records, we followed the latter one.
  3. BitMart reserves explanation to the KTN Refunding Plan.

Attention: BitMart does NOT support the KTN token swap. Users should conduct the token swap by themselves and are responsible for any risks caused.
