【BitMart】Compensation Notice for Futures Trading Issues Due to Website Abnormality on April 10, 2025

Dear BitMart Users,

Due to a technical issue on the BitMart main website between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM UTC on April 10, 2025, some users were unable to execute futures trades as expected. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and have taken emergency measures to resolve the issue. To protect your interests, BitMart will offer the following compensation plan:

Compensation Plan:

1. 100% Loss Reimbursement

  • Users who were unable to close positions during the affected time period must submit Google Form by 00:00 UTC on April 13, 2025 to be eligible for compensation.
  • Users who held perpetual futures positions during the abnormal period will receive 50 USDT futures trading bonus, to be credited to their futures account within two business days.

2. Compensation Distribution Timeline

BitMart will review submitted data and distribute the compensation to your spot account by 00:00 UTC on April 16, 2025. You can check the details under "Assets" > "Funding History" > "Spot History". If you have any questions or concerns about the compensation amount, please contact our online support team.

Important Notes:

  • Compensation will be based on the submitted registration forms to ensure all cases are properly addressed.
