💼 Job Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for product development, debugging and maintenance of distributed systems.
2. Be responsible for the system architecture design, development and iteration of back-end services to ensure the reliability of the platform.
3. Be responsible for designing high-performance and scalable transaction systems to improve system throughput and response speed, and ensure the stability of the platform under high concurrency.
4. Participate in the development of blockchain-related managed projects, and be responsible for the development and optimization of core modules such as order management, accounting system and account management.
5. Be responsible for system monitoring and performance optimization, including performance tuning of the server side, optimizing GC, database connection pool, API response speed, etc., and closely cooperate with front-end, product and operation teams to quickly respond to and solve business needs and technical problems.

📑 Job Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in computer-related fields.
2. At least 5 years of Java back-end development experience, 3 years of Spring Boot and SpringCloud microservice development experience, with experience in microservice design for large-scale Internet projects or financial clearing and settlement service development.
3. Solid Java foundation, familiar with MySQL database and optimization; familiar with mainstream middleware such as MQ, ES, Redis; familiar with multi-threaded programming, high concurrency processing, asynchronous task scheduling, etc.
4. Participated in or led the design of service governance solutions for microservice projects, with experience in distributed system development.
5. Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes and other tools, with experience in containerization technology, and able to efficiently manage microservice architectures.
6. Familiar with blockchain technology, including but not limited to (BTC, Ethereum, Solana, XRP, Cosmos, etc.).
7. Must have good abstract design and logical thinking abilities, be good at analyzing and solving problems, and have teamwork spirit and a sense of responsibility.
8. Good communication and collaboration skills, able to communicate effectively with front-end developers, product managers and other team members to promote the smooth progress of the project.
9. Have passion for technology and self-motivation, and be able to proactively solve project difficulties and pain points.
