Click the [Cancel Order] button on the order page.

Select your reason for your order cancellation and click [Submit].
Merchant Portal
1. Go to [My Orders], and under the [Pending] tab, click the order you wish to cancel. Click [Cancel Order].
2. Select your reason for the order cancellation and click [Submit].
Note:
1. Please do not cancel the order if you have already paid the seller.
2. If the order is canceled due to system timeout, the buyer’s completion rate will be affected.
3. You can only make up to 3 cancellations in a day. Otherwise, your account may be suspended.
