BitMart only provides information matching services for P2P(peer-to-peer)

trading of Digital Assets. All buying and selling activities on it are independently and voluntarily completed by users. BitMart does not participate in the entire transaction process. If you incur any losses due to violation of BitMart's trading rules and agreement, you bear the risk yourself, and we do not assume any compensation responsibility for this. We also do not endorse any violations of rules by Buyer/Seller, nor do we assume any joint responsibility for any adverse consequences arising from the actions of Buyer/Seller.

Buyer/Seller may directly contact you to verify your identity or obtain additional transaction and/or payment verification information. They may request additional verification, but the counterparty is not obligated to comply. If the taker does not agree to provide additional verification to the counterparty, the transaction should be canceled by the taker. Any communications between you and the Buyer/Seller are not controlled or managed by BitMart. BitMart shall not be responsible for any losses incurred as a result of such communications between you and the Buyer/Seller.

In any BitMart P2P trading services transactions, there may be the participation of third parties, including verification service providers, escrow agents, payment providers, custodians, and/or banking partners. You may be required to adhere to the terms and conditions set forth by these third parties. BitMart will not be held accountable for any losses that may occur as a result of the involvement of third parties.

If there are discrepancies between the English version of this Disclaimer in any foreign language, the English version shall prevail.
