Notice on Suspension of Futures Service for Chinese Residents

Dear BitMart users,

Due to the adjustment of the Chinese Mainland's policies, the Chinese Mainland is now a restricted area of BitMart, and BitMart will suspend Futures services for all Chinese users. Starting from 03:00 AM on June 3, 2021 (EDT), any associated Chinese mobile phone number or related account registration information shown as a user in China will be restricted to use Futures service on BitMart, including but not limited to 1) Users can only close position and cannot open position. 2) Unable to transfer assets to the Futures wallet.

Starting from 03:00 AM on June 15, 2021 (EDT), any Chinese user who has not opened a Futures account can no longer open it as a new user.

In order to minimize the impact of the above restrictions on present users, please do the following before the restrictions become effective:

The system will automatically cancel all the orders.
Transfer your Futures assets to your BitMart wallet.
