Futures Business Development Manager (Based in Italy, Korea, Germany, Taiwan, English region, CIS, Spain, France, and South America)

💼 Responsibilities:

• Source local crypto channels according to the platform's localization expansion plan.
• Act as the primary contact person of the channel / KOL, responsible for related events, campaigns and feedback etc.
• Work with growth operations team and channels/KOLs to design and execute suitable campaigns to acquire more users, increase conversions rate and trading volume.
• Responsible for expanding local collaboration resources, performing business development, brand cooperation, resource exchange and other related matters.
• Monitor and assess industry trends and customer drivers and discuss strategies with team lead and stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Maintain existing channel / KOL relationships and ensure sound communication between both parties based on business progress.

📑 Requirements:

• Good business sense in crypto derivatives channel and strong KOL connections in crypto industry.
• Ability to commit flexible and extended hours to interact with the crypto community.
• Familiar with Social Media Channels with their own cognition and unique insights into the content produced by KOLs.
• Understand local cryptocurrency policies and trends.
• Fluent in English & local language to communicate with local counterparts.
• Having the crypto derivatives channel / KOL resources in crypto industry is preferred.
• Have a deep understanding of cryptocurrency-related terms and trends, and enjoy crypto culture.
• Ability to work flexible and extended hours to interact with the crypto community as often as possible.
