Terms & Conditions 

  1. These terms and conditions govern your participation in this campaign.  By participating in this campaign, you agree to these terms and conditions and additional terms including but not limited to the BitMart User Agreement and Terms and Conditions for BitMart Marketplace.   
  2. The unit price of the WAGMI Mystery Box is 5 USDT, and users can purchase it on the event landing page. WAGMI NFT Mystery Boxes will be distributed immediately upon purchase.
  3. The price of the token rewards is calculated based on the 1-week average price on BitMart.
  4. Users need to click the “Open” button to get the rewards. Once the Mystery Boxes are opened, users will receive their token rewards in their spot accounts.
  5. BitMart users can open the mystery box before December 9, 2022, at 23:59 (UTC).
  6. During the event period, each user can initially purchase up to five (5) WAGMI Mystery Boxes on the event landing page. Any attempt by any BitMart user to obtain more than the stated number of WAGMI Mystery Boxes by using multiple accounts or any other method will void that user’s participation and that user may be disqualified. 
  7. Users can trade their WAGMI Mystery Boxes on the BitMart Marketplace before opening them. The trading function of the WAGMI Mystery Box on the BitMart Marketplace will be available from November 17, 2022, at 6:30 UTC to December 9, 2022, at 23:59 UTC. Once a WAGMI Mystery Box is opened, it can no longer be listed on the BitMart Marketplace for sell.   
  8. There is no limit to the amount of unopened WAGMI Mystery Boxes a user can purchase on the BitMart Marketplace. 
  9. The value of any opened WAGMI Mystery Box is subject to change, and there can be a substantial risk that it could lose value (possibly all value) as a result of buying, selling, or holding the opened WAGMI Mystery Box. 
  10. If users do not open the WAGMI Mystery Box, BitMart will automatically buy back the WAGMI Mystery Box at a price of 5 USDT each on December 15, 2022. 
  11.  BitMart reserves the right to cancel awards to or freeze any accounts suspected of fraudulent activities and reserves all rights for the final explanation of the events. If the event is so canceled or modified, BitMart may award WAGMI Mystery Boxes among all eligible BitMart users prior to such action and BitMart shall have no further obligation to any other users in connection with this event. 
  12. BitMart reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify this campaign if it cannot be executed as planned for any reason including, but not limited to, if fraud, human error, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of this campaign; or if a virus, bug or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the campaign as determined by BitMart in its sole discretion.
